Lorenzo Guglielmetti is a medical doctor specialized in Infectious Diseases and an epidemiologist with a major interest in the field of mycobacterial infections. He is currently head of the TB & NTM clinical research unit of the department of Microbiology, Tropical & Infectious Diseases at IRCCS Sacro Cuore Don Calabria Hospital (Negrar di Valpolicella, Verona, Italy). His overarching goal is to improve treatment outcomes of persons with mycobacterial infections through high-quality clinical research.
