Marina Tadolini, MD, Specialist in Infectious Diseases, is a Research Fellow at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Italy, where she oversees clinical management of TB, MDR-TB and TB/HIV co-infection, latent TB infection and Non-Tubercoulous Mycobacteria related diseases.
Since 2009, she has been collaborating with World Health Organization as Global TB Programme consultant, providing technical assistance to countries implementing national TB Prevalence Surveys. Countries supported: Ethiopia, Ghana, Gambia, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Botswana, Mozambique, Philippines, Myanmar. She is a member of WHO Global Task Force on TB Impact Measurement and Child and Adolescent TB working Group. Her main interests are in TB epidemiology at a global level, TB prevalence surveys, clinical management of TB, MDR-TB, and Childhood TB.
